In RubyWorld Conference 2026, there are four types of sponsors. (Ruby/Platinum/Gold/Silver)

Ruby Platinum

    • Date and time: Wednesday, December 2, 2026, from 18:00 (the day before RubyWorld Conference 2026)
    • Venue: To be held at a venue in Matsue City, Shimane Prefecture
    • The Welcome Party is an event hosted by the organizing committee to welcome speakers and sponsor representatives. Attendance is limited to those affiliated with sponsoring companies or organizations. Please note that general public attendance is not accepted.
    • If you wish to bring additional attendees beyond the complimentary invitation slots included in the Ruby Sponsor or Platinum Sponsor benefits, the cost for additional participants will be at your own expense. Please note that seating is limited and we may not be able to accommodate all requests.
    • Further details will be provided as the event date approaches.

[*2] Short Presentation at the Main Venue

Ruby
  • Limited to 3 slots each day on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • Short presentation time slots (10 minutes per company) will be offered on a first-come, first-served basis during the time slot before the keynote address, when many attendees are expected to be present in the main venue.
  • If applications exceed the limit, short presentation time will be offered in the sub-venue, the same as for Platinum Sponsors. (These are also available on a first-come, first-served basis.)
  • Presentation content must be limited to topics related to Ruby, programming, development communities, and related technologies or organizations.
  • The date and time will be assigned by the organizing committee.

[*3] Short Presentation at the Sub-Venue

Platinum
  • Limited to 6 slots each day on a first-come, first-served basis. Lunch time (4 slots), coffee break (2 slots)
  • Each company will be given 10 minutes for a short presentation in the sub-venue.
  • The date and time will be assigned by the organizing committee.

[*4] Logo Display on Commemorative Photo Panel

Ruby
  • We will display your company's logo on a commemorative photo panel set up at the venue. This panel will serve as a photo spot for visitors to enjoy commemorative photos and share them on social media.

Requests Regarding Your Application

All sponsors

  • Please attach your company logo data (vector format preferred; high-resolution image accepted if vector is unavailable) to the Google Form when submitting your application. If there are any usage guidelines or precautions regarding your logo, please attach those as well.
  • Please double-check the English spelling of your company name before submitting, as incorrect entries are very common. If your company does not have an official English name, please enter "N/A".

Ruby / Platinum sponsors only

  • Please provide a sponsor introduction text in both Japanese (within 200 characters) and English.

If You Have Difficulty Submitting from Google Forms

Depending on your Google account settings, you may see the following error message: "Cannot reply to RWC2026 Sponsorship Application Form because you do not have permission to share documents with the form owner." In this case, please download the Sponsorship Application Form, fill it out (PDF or Word format), and send it to us by email. A company seal is not required.
